Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, select your size/color, and click "Add to Cart". When ready, go to your cart and click "Checkout" to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us immediately at support@notime2waste.store with your order number.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available in various denominations and can be purchased on our website.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) and Next Day options are also available.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track it in your account under Order History.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns for unworn items with original tags. Limited edition items are final sale.

How do I return an item?

Log into your account, go to Order History, select your order, and click "Request Return". Follow the instructions to print your prepaid label.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return and take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

100% authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and brands. Every item comes with proof of authenticity.

How do I know my size?

When will items be restocked?

Restock dates vary by product. Sign up for restock notifications on product pages to be alerted when items are available.

What are drops?

Drops are exclusive, limited-quantity releases of highly sought-after products. They happen at specific dates and times.

How do I get early access to drops?

Create an account and enable drop notifications. Premium members get early access to select drops.

Are drop items returnable?

Most drop items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Check the product page for specific details.

Do I need an account to shop?

You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and get early drop access.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, go to Account Settings and update your email. You'll need to verify the new email address.
