Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Log into your account and go to Order History
2. Select the order you want to return
3. Click "Request Return" and select items to return
4. Print the prepaid return label
5. Pack items securely in original packaging
6. Drop off at any authorized carrier location

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy:

• Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase
• Item must be unworn with original tags
• Same item exchanges (size/color) are free
• Follow the same process as returns and select "Exchange" option

Non-Returnable Items

• Limited edition drops and collaborations (final sale)
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Underwear and intimate apparel
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Worn, washed, or damaged items

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, please allow:

• 2-3 business days for inspection
• 5-7 business days for refund to process
• Refunds are issued to original payment method
• You'll receive an email confirmation when refund is processed
